Consents and Agreements

I consent to my child being able to participate in the Forest School activities at GroWild, including but not exclusively tools, fire and woodworking

I give permission for my child to be photographed whilst at Forest School and for these to be used in the child’s achievement books, records and press releases, website, social media or publications

I will provide insect repellent for my child

I will provide sun cream for my child

I give permission for my child to have their own insect repellent or sun cream applied if they need assistance

I will provide appropriate clothing my child, appropriate to the time of year as recommended on the kit list

This will include the GroWild waterproof layer (with the exception of fully funded children)

I will provide my child with appropriate food and drink for an outdoor session

I confirm that I will drop off and collect my child at the agreed time

If in the circumstance I cannot collect my child on time I will contact GroWild immediately (please refer to collection policy).

I give permission for my child to receive first aid if they require it

In the event that my child requires immediate medical treatment before I can get to the hospital I hereby authorise the staff member present to consent to any emergency medical treatment necessary to ensure the health and safety of my child on my behalf.

I consent to GroWild storing data about my child relevant to their Kindergarten experience

I give permission for my child to receive intimate care if they require it
